3 Months Post-opThis patient suffered from significant breast asymmetry in both size and shape since early adolescence. She spent much of her adult life self-conscious of her breasts. She desired an improvement in her overall size and shape symmetry while achieving a slightly larger bust size. She underwent a left breast augmentation with 400cc saline implant and a right breast augmentation-lift (doughnut mastopexy) with 180cc saline implant. The result created an enhanced breast shape, volume, improved symmetry and overall more pleasing breast aesthetic.
