4 Months Post-opThis patient was displeased with the age related and weight-loss related deflation of her breasts as well as the significant asymmetry resulting from prior breast surgery. She desired to correct these changes and restore volume with a moderate increase in bust size. She underwent bilateral breast augmentation with 300cc saline implants and a simultaneous breast lift. This restored a more youthful breast shape, volume and improved symmetry.
