3 Months Post-op This female struggled with lifelong breast asymmetry regarding both shape and breast volume. She also felt that her breast size was too small for her frame. In addition to breast volume mismatch from right to left, she had concavity of the ribs in the area of her right breast, further exaggerating her asymmetry. She underwent fat grafting to the right chest wall with simultaneous submuscular breast augmentation using 375cc Saline implant on the right and 315cc Saline implant on the left, both done through areolar incisions. This provided her with an outstanding result in both shape and volume symmetry of the breast
