3 Months Post-opThis patient suffered from significant breast asymmetry in both size and shape since early adolescence. This problem became more pronounced with age. She was extremely self-conscious of her breasts. She desired an improvement in her overall size and shape symmetry. She underwent breast lift (Vertical Mastopexy) with a modest reduction in the right breast volume. The result created an enhanced breast shape, volume, improved symmetry and overall more pleasing breast aesthetic.
