6 Months Post-opThis patient suffered from significant breast asymmetry in both size and shape. She had lifelong asymmetry which became worse after significant weight loss. She underwent breast augmentation with lift using saline implants of variable sizes to obtain better symmetry. The result created an enhanced breast shape, improved symmetry and an overall more pleasing breast aesthetic.
