3 Months Post-opThis patient underwent breast augmentation and lift by another surgeon several years ago. She was never happy with her original post-operative result in regards to breast symmetry. She presented to my office for revision breast lift. She desired to address the size asymmetry, achieve a more natural shape and nipple position. She underwent a revision breast lift and implant exchange from silicone implants to saline implants, 420cc on left and 390cc on right. This created an enhanced breast shape, improved symmetry and overall more natural breast aesthetic.
