21 Year Old Female, 6 Weeks Post-op This female desired breast enlargement as she was self-conscious regarding the small size of her breasts. She wanted larger, proportional breasts but wished to maintain a subtle appearance. She underwent sub-muscular breast augmentation with 350cc saline implants thorugh areolar incisions. This provided her the desired improvement in breast volume and shape.
