32 Year Old Female, 6 Weeks Post-opThis patient underwent breast augmentation by another surgeon 7 years ago. She was never happy with her original post-operative result in regards to breast size, shape or nipple-areolar position. She presented to my office for revision augmentation. She desired to achieve a more natural shape, improved nipple position and increase in breast size. She underwent a revision submuscular breast augmentation with removal of her original 300cc implants and placement of 590cc silicone implants. This created an enhanced breast volume and shape, improved cleavage as well as the desired increase in breast volume.
