6 Weeks Post-op This patient was displeased with her lack of breast volume and projection. She desired a fuller breast appearance while maintaining a natural appearing shape and volume. She underwent sub-muscular breast augmentation with 355cc silicone implants through inframammary incisions. This resulted in her desired enhancement of her breast aesthetic.
