6 Weeks Post-op This patient desired breast enlargement as she was self-conscious regarding the small size of her breasts. She wanted larger, proportional breasts but wished to maintain a subtle appearance. She underwent sub-muscular breast augmentation with 300cc saline implants placed through inframammary incisions. This resulted in her desired natural appearing breast aesthetic.
