3 Months Post-op This young mother desired breast enlargement as she was self-conscious regarding the small size of her breasts following pregnancy. She underwent sub-muscular breast augmentation with a 240cc silicone implant in the right breast and a 285cc silicone implant in the left breast placed through inframammary incisions. This resulted in her desired appearing breast aesthetic and correction of minor asymmetry.
