3 Months Post-op Silicone Implant Exchange This woman underwent prior breast augmentation by another surgeon and was unhappy with her resulting size as well as implant position. She underwent revision augmentation with internal (capsular) reshaping of breasts, removing her original implants and replacing them with 790cc silicone implants. This resulted in the patients desired breast aesthetic.
