3 Months Post-op This patient had a prior breast augmentation done outside office and was seeking to enhance breast size and increase upper breast fullness. She underwent a breast augmentation with implant exchange from saline implants to 490 cc silicone implants using an inframammary incision. This resulted in her desired enhancement of her breast aesthetic.
