36 Year Old Female, 3 Months Post-op This patient was displeased with the appearance and volume of her breasts. She desired a fuller breast with enhancement in shape, position and overall appearance. She underwent sub-muscular breast augmentation with 400cc saline implants and simultaneous vertical mastopexy (Lollipop Lift). This resulted in the desired breast enhancement and position.
