33 Year Old Female, 6 Months Post-op This patient was displeased with the appearance and deflation of her breasts after successfully losing significant weight. She desired a much larger breast with enhancement in shape, position and overall appearance. She underwent sub-muscular breast augmentation with 450cc saline implants and simultaneous circumareolar breast lift (doughnut-mastopexy). This resulted in the desired breast enhancement.
