46 Year Old Female, 6 Months Post-opThis patient disliked the appearance of her aging breasts following birth of multiple children, resulting in deflation of her breast volume. She desired a modest increase in her breast size along with a breast lift. She underwent sub-muscular breast augmentation with 350cc saline implant in the right breast, 300cc saline implant in the left breast to address minor preoperative asymmetry and simultaneous breast lift using circumferential areolar incisions.
