38 Year Old Female, 6 Weeks Post-op This patient was displeased with the saggy appearance and volume loss of her breast that developed following pregnancy. She desired a more youthful breast appearance as well as a modest increase in her breast size. She underwent sub-muscular breast augmentation with 400cc saline implants and a simultaneous breast lift through circumferential areolar incisions, resulting in a more full, youthful breast.
