40 Year Old Female, 3 Months Post-op This patient was unhappy with the progressive volume deflation and droop of her breasts. She desired a more full breast appearance and enhanced shape. She underwent sub-muscular breast augmentation with 450cc silicone implants and simultaneous breast lift through circumferential areolar incisions, resulting in the desired fullness and appearance.
