3 Months Post-op This patient was unhappy with the progressive volume deflation and droop of her breasts. She desired a fuller breast appearance and enhanced shape. She underwent sub-muscular breast augmentation with 400cc silicone implants and simultaneous breast lift using a vertical (lollipop lift), resulting in the desired fullness and appearance.
