3 Months Post-op This patient was unhappy with the progressive age related volume deflation and droop of her breasts. She desired a fuller breast appearance and enhanced shape. She underwent sub-muscular breast augmentation with 425cc silicone implants and simultaneous mastopexy using a vertical (lollipop lift), resulting in a fuller, more youthful breast.
