3 Months Post-op This patient was displeased with the appearance of her buttocks and thighs. She desired to slim the thighs while improving her buttock contour. She underwent liposuction of the waist and thighs with buttock augmentation utilizing the fat removed from her waist and thighs. This provided her desired enhancement of the buttock contour and proportions.
