6 Weeks Post-op This patient was never happy with the lifelong lack of shape and projection of her buttocks. She desired to enhance her buttock contour to be more proportional to her body while still appearing natural. She underwent liposuction of the abdomen, waist and back. Buttock augmentation was accomplished utilizing the fat removed from these areas. This achieved her desired improvement of her posterior shape and proportion.
