3 Months Post-opThis patient was bothered by the tired, puffy appearance of her lower eyelids and lower eyelid bags. She underwent bilateral lower blepharoplasty to relieve her of excess skin and the underlying fat deposits of the lower eyelids. This restored a more youthful appearance to her eyes and mid-face.
