8 Weeks Post-Op This patient was bothered by the tired appearance of his upper and lower eyelid bags. He underwent bilateral upper and lower blepharoplasty to remove the excess skin and the underlying fat deposits of the eyelids. This restored a more youthful appearance to his eyes.
