3 Months Post-op This patient was unhappy with the appearance of her inner thighs. Despite weight loss, her inner thighs remained disproportionately full with thin, saggy skin. She desired a slim, smooth inner thigh contour with a gap between the thighs. She underwent liposuction of the inner thighs with simultaneous inner thigh lift. The incisions were placed in the groin crease so that no scars are visible while wearing underwear or bathing suits.
