3 Months Post-op This patient lost more than 100 lbs following gastric band procedure. She was left with deflated, excess abdominal skin and abdominal muscle laxity. She underwent liposuction of the waist and abdomen with simultaneous Tummy-Tuck (abdominoplasty) procedure. This provided the patient her much desired improvement in the aesthetic appearance of her mid-section.
