3 Months Post-op This patient was displeased with the appearance of her abdomen following pregnancy and weight gain, resulting in abdominal skin laxity, residual excess adipose tissue as well as laxity of her abdominal muscles. She underwent a Tummy-Tuck procedure with Liposuction of the abdomen and flanks, which restored her waist contour to her pre-pregnancy shape.
