3 Months Post-Op This patient was unhappy with the appearance of her waist-line. Due to prior pregnancy and aging, she had excess abdominal skin, fat deposits, and abdominal muscle wall laxity. She underwent a Tummy Tuck with liposuction of the back, flanks and abdomen. She also underwent fat grafting (500cc) to the buttock; all resulting in a more defined waist-line and slimmer appearance.
